Yoga for cancer
What can yoga do?
Yoga is a holistic practice, meaning it approaches a person as a “whole” - physically, energetically and mentally.
The Journal of Clinical Oncology found through its trials “that Yoga practice substantially reduced fatigue and inflammation during cancer treatment and post treatment increased vitality”.

Improve lung function
Feel in control of your personal ‘well-being’ - and what you can do
Enhance body awareness and posture
