My name is Ann and I offer over 25 years experience in the field of mind-body-heart training in Chichester, West Sussex. Supporting others in their personal journey to wholeness, health and well-being. I wish to inspire you to feel your best, physically and mentally through life enriching therapeutic practices. I look forward to sharing the transformational practices of Yoga, Pilates/ Functional strength,Mindfulness, Meditation and much more with you.
